Paige Boykin Navarro
Paige is a life-long resident of Bulloch County. She graduated with Honors from Statesboro High School in 2008 after participating in the dual-enrollment program at Georgia Southern University In 2008, Paige moved to Athens, Georgia to attend the University of Georgia. Paige received the HOPE Scholarship, was a member of the University of Georgia Dean’s list and was inducted in the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Paige was also a regular participant in Speedway Children’s Charities and was an active sister in Kappa Delta Sorority. After majoring in Child and Family Development, Paige graduated cum laude in 2011 from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences. Paige attended the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was the Bryant T. Castellow Memorial Scholarship recipient for three consecutive years. Paige graduated with a Juris Doctor in May 2014. Paige interned with the Ogeechee Judicial Superior Court in 2011. She has also been a Law Clerk in the Athens-Clarke County Juvenile Court in Athens, Georgia. She was involved in the planning and development of the Family Dependency Treatment Court in the Athens-Clarke County Juvenile Court. Paige was also a Law Clerk practicing under the Third-Year Practice Act in 2013. Paige is a registered mediator, with experience mediating in the Athens-Clarke County Magistrate Court in Athens, Georgia. Paige is also a Certified Court Appointed Special Advocate and has handled cases in Clarke and Oconee counties. Paige concentrates in Bankruptcy Law and Family Law.
QueAndra “Que” Campbell is a resident of Statesboro, Georgia with strong ties to the community. Que’s family moved to Statesboro in 2007. Her father retired Colonel George Fredrick is the scholarship enrollment officer of the Georgia Southern ROTC program. Upon graduation from high school, Que attended Columbus State University. Que participated in student government and became a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. Que graduated from Columbus State University in May 2005 with a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. After graduation Que joined the United States Army. She attended Officer Candidate School from which she was commissioned in 2007 as a Second Lieutenant. Que served as a Logistics Officer at several bases in the United States and also served as a Logistics Officer during a twelve-month deployment to Afghanistan. Que was chosen to attend the Logistics Captains Career Course at Fort Lee, Virginia in March 2010 where she was promoted to the rank of Captain. Subsequently, Que was selected to command Golf Company, a forward support company, with the 1-41 Field Artillery Battalion located at Fort Stewart, Georgia. In this position Que commanded 150 soldiers from 2011 to 2012. After leaving the Army, Que attended Mount St. Mary’s University where she obtained a Master’s in Business Administration. After completion of her MBA program, Que began law school at Charleston School of Law in Charleston, South Carolina in August 2014. As a student at Charleston School of Law Que volunteered with South Carolina Legal Services, which helped low income veterans with various legal issues. Que later continued her volunteer work and prepared taxes for low income individuals with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program for the 2015 tax season. During law school Que participated in an Externship which allowed her to argue a case involving a Post-Conviction Relief to the South Carolina Supreme Court. Que graduated from Charleston School of Law with a Juris Doctor in December 2016. She has passed both the Georgia and South Carolina bar exams. Que is married to TyJuan “Ty” Campbell and they have one son TyJuan “TJ” Campbell Jr.
